Mid level to advanced Flash?

After having taken a one semester course on Flash and ActionScript at college this past year, I have landed myself as Flash Developer for a campus based company HeartLand View (http://www.heartlandview.com). While I am obviously qualified enough for the position, since I got the job, I would like to continue to advance my knowledge and skill in Flash and ActionScript. Can anyone suggest some sources to help guide my studies into mid-level and advanced Flash techniques. I am fairly self-driven and I think that the best way would be material that guides me through projects that tap into the great Flash resources.

It all depends on what you want to do with it - the expandability of Flash is huge. You going to be working with Databases, XML, PHP, javascript, etc.

There are a lot of resources out there, but one of my favorites is www.friendsofed.com - they have a large series of books that have some really good examples and tutorials. Not to mention a nicely set up website for support and downloads :D
