games for osX - specifically backgammon

hiya,

new to the mac world

one of the very best games for windows (for me) is jellyfish backgammon. simple and perhaps(?) the best AI/neural net

seems like no mac version?

any suggestions for something similar.....failing that, how well would jellyfish work with virtual pc (which i may have to install for another reason)?

also, can anyone suggest good mac osX shareware games? just got iConquer and Snood. LOVE THEM. anything else along these lines?

lastly, looking for a high caliber 7-card stud poker game. i want something that is very very smart and has tough gameplaying modes.
