file restore after delete

Hi everyone, is it possible to restore a file, (specifically a folder with many files), after emptying the trash? I did not "secure delete".

I have 10.3.3

yah, you would have to use some third paty app. Norton makes one, called file restore or something like that. although i have heard its pretty useless.

Also, till u get ur files restored, dont write anything else on your disk.
