Sorry for my ignorance, but I've never used a Mail program like this before, not even Microsoft Outlook on my old PC. How do I set it up so I can use my comcast.net address? Like, whats my "Incoming Mail Server" and "Account Type" and "Outgoing Mail Server"?

Almost always you can put mail.domain.com as the incoming and outging server. Of course you want to replace domain.com with whatever your isp is.
If you have to get specific then incoming mail will usually be pop.domain.com and outgoing will be smtp.domain.com.

From the Comcast Web site: (http://faq.comcast.net/faq/answer.jsp?name=17481&cat=Email&subcategory=1)
Outgoing mail (SMTP) - smtp.comcast.net
Incoming mail (POP3) - mail.comcast.net
So, your "account type" is POP.
If you need more help, you should probably call Comcast's technical support.
Edit: Wow! three responses already. Maybe I should take back that advice: it looks like the MR community is faster than Comcast's tech support!

mail's help section (in the "help" menu) provides a detailed overview of how to set up your email accounts. it's worth browsing just to give you some background on how it all works.
