Lest we become too smug in Mac-land...
There's a new exploit out against OS X. Apple hasn't posted a fix yet, but there are steps you can take (see either of the links below). Looks like Safari users are the most vulnerable.
Apparently a proof of concept exploit was released with the announcement.
