Help with accelerometer

Can somebody please tell me how to use the accelerometer and/or lead me to a good tutorial on how to use it?

Use the Sample Apps section - look for BubbleLevel (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/samplecode/BubbleLevel/) and AccelerometerGraph (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/samplecode/AccelerometerGraph/index.html).

The AccelerometerGraph app is in the list but you'll probably have to search for BubbleLevel if you don't use the above links.
