iTunes requires authorization every restart!!!

it seems like every time i restart my computer, iTunes requires me to authorize my songs! has anyone else experienced this? it's making me nuts. also saying i am authorized on four computers when it is really only three.
i usually don't have problems with my macs, but this one is really irking me.

iTunes is getting VERY confused. Try de-authorizing ALL of your Macs, then re-authorizing each one to see if the problem clears up.
