How exactly does the payment work

Okay I've been wondering a lot about how exactly you get paid. And what about the taxes...
So i was thinking, could you guys give me the steps from having you app in the store, to getting payed and all that taxes stuff.

Apple doesn't take the taxes out, it's up to you to keep track of that. They wire your money into your bank account. All the details of how to get an app in the store and payments can be found by browsing the iPhone Developer pages (http://developer.apple.com/iphone) on Apple's site.
