Download WIN RC 7 to pc and move to Mac? ?

Can I download Win RC 7 on a pc and then create an ISO DVD I can use on a mac drive?
Is ISO cross-platform ?
Or are CD/DVD media specific to the operating system?

Where do I verify that the final ISO file name is complete?
My first attempt to download RC 7 to my macbook was interrupted and file size was 1.5Gb.

It doesn't really matter if it's cross-platform because you're not installing Windows in OS X.;)

ISOs work on both OS', so it doesn't matter, anyway.
