Graphical MIDI/Keyboard Step Note Entry Capability?

I gather that you can enter MIDI from a keyboard, but is step entry also an option from the MIDI keyboard?

Also, is the graphical entry of MIDI data supported at all or is it real-time recording only? Thanks.

Yes - You can edit and enter midi notes graphically.
