View Full Version : Warcraft III Frozen Throne won't open

I just recently found my Warcraft III disc from 2004 and decided to install it on my macbook (specs in sig). After I update TFT to 1.23a, I attempt to open the game and I get the message that says "Sorry, Warcraft III Cannot Be Opened". What is going wrong?

I believe it's a bug with directly patching to the latest version -- I think you need to first patch to a slightly older version, after which you can update to the most recent. See this thread (http://www.insanelymac.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=117313) for details.

Yeah I actually ended up stumbling across that thread and it worked perfectly.
