iTunes to be updated again? Just a glitch?

I can't open the iTMS anymore, I get the display attached. I was browsing it about an hour ago.

I'm guessing it's just a glitch, but could it be another premature specification?

(You can't see too well from the grab, but can just make out I've got iTunes 4.6)

I'm in at the moment. I did re-fresh a few times and got in.
