Headphone output not working..

I went to this thread to solve my low volume issue..http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=720941&highlight=low+volume

The problem now is my headphone jack does not work. I have my MBP closed with externals plugged and only to have the internal speakers working.

I am on Vista 32 bit. Anyone experience the same issue?

Try to see if there's an updated driver. Does it produce low volume for every thing or some applications?

I am still @ low volume when I use internal speakers.

Headphone jack does not work.
