Greetings.

I have a program that Macintosh doesn't support. Therefore I need to run the Windows operating system on my Macintosh. I attempted to do so, however I failed. I have a harddisk object on my desktop named 'BOOTCAMP', if that is of any importance at all.

I would appreciate if someone can direct me to a simple tutorial or tell me how to do.

Best regards,

Oliver.

It would be better for you to use virtual Box or Parallels. For a guide Search google you'll find many.Try iclarified :)

In my experience, Parallels is very buggy. VirtualBox, I've never had a problem with, and it's free.

VMware Fusion is great too! Costs some money though.

Virtual Box is free and very good, you can download it direct from Sun. It sounds as though you already have Windows installed so if you don't mind re-booting to use it then simply hold option on startup and should give you a choice of boot disk, OS X or Windows.
