Application updates

Hello I already have an app out and I submitted and update for it a week ago. How long does it take to get approved and when it does is there anything i need to do in order to to replace the old version with the new in the store or will it automatically do that for me

I actually put in an update about a week and a half ago -- nothing is approved yet.

I noticed that almost no "what's new" apps are popping up. Have thing been frozen for the past few days?

Is this just on hold until OS 3.1 (on Wednesday?)

ok thanks for the info, so i hope apple finishes up whatever they are working on so they can approve our apps
