Need help converting some music...

I just ripped alot (20) cd's into iTunes and then realized my encoder was set to apple lossless - so the files are big (20-30 mb a piece). I need them to be mp3's. However, since I have so many I am trying to find a way to do them all at once - like a batch process. anyone gots any ideas?

Try selecting all of the songs you want to convert in iTunes, right click (or control-click), and select 'convert selection to...'

You can select the format it is converted to in the Preferences->Importing tab.
