Coding help???

Hello, im very new to programming and have not learned any languages yet. I was just wondering if it would be difficult to make a script (or code) that makes the iPhone vibrate for a brief moment (less than a second) whenever the user touches the screen...

This is pretty simple actually. See the SysSound (http://developer.apple.com/iphone/library/samplecode/SysSound/index.html) sample app for how it can be done.
