View Full Version : UK-Specific: Anybody had a problem renewing their account?

Hi,

I live in East Sussex, and unfortunately when updating my card details the only option I can tick on the county drop-down menu is "Sussex". I'm pretty certain this is the reason my card is being declined.

I tried updating some time ago several times, which led to the Alliance & Leicester putting a temporary "fraud block" on my card.

Has anybody from West or East Sussex been able to renew without any issues? I've spoken to the live assistance chat, and they've suggested I go to an Apple Store (which I'm happy to do, but would rather get it sorted online!)

maybe try leaving it blank?
