Now I've read a lot about NOT buying any anti-virus programs, so I haven't (yet). One tip I saw somewhere was about downloading disinfectant 3.7.1. and run it. I've been looking all over internet, but I can't find one link that works! And I'm sure there's something wrong with my powerbook G4. HELP!

Duff-Man says...if you really want an old OS 7 era app that has not been updated in many many years and will not run in OS X, then try the link to it at Version Tracker (http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macos/1252) - it links to a valid download - took me less than a minute to find....oh yeah!

CCAre things that you "saw somewhere" your primary sources of information? At any rate, you may find Disinfectant 3.7.1 here (http://macfreebees.tripod.com/readme/disinfectant.html). In the future, remember that Google (http://www.google.com/search?q=%22Disinfectant%203.7.1%22&sourceid=mozilla2&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8) is your friend.
