setting up mail program

Hi!
My internet provider helped me set up outlookexpress when i got my account with them, but i don't want to use it any more, i want to move over to use Mozila's mail.
I don't want to spend ages on the phone to them going through what to type where and so on though (SMTP, popserver, etc) so if it's easy to explain could anyone just outline what to do?

This site (http://mozilla.gunnars.net/#) seems to have good Mozilla support. You just look in your outlook preferences to see what to type in each box as you go.
