Remote Desktop import lists

Hi,

I'm importing lists from an installation of remote desktop on my account to an account I have just created for a friend of mine. I did the export list, and then clicked import list on my friend's account.
Now it is asking me for a username and password for each machine in the list.

Where can I access the database which shows these details?
