need Help! (removing duplicate photos)

🙄First time user of mac,got my photo's uploaded on iphoto but 3 times! I have been wasting my morning deleteing some of them then apple mentioned to go to googles this web site but I don't c anything for removing duplicates help!!😱
frustrated!!
