Sennheiser HD800's and within a week of using them on my iPod, the jack had burnt out.
This week i bought some SONY XD-800's and they also have been burnt out by my iPod,
A few days ago i purchased some cheaper SONY headphones, XD-400's and they also have been burnt out by my iPod, none of them work when plugged into another machine or media player, and they where all in fine working order and had been used lightly for sound tech work before using them in my iPod
Anyone got an ideas on whats going on?
I'm going to upgrade myself to a newer iPod (touch 4G) when they are released next week, but for resale and gifting reasons, id still like to get these sorted.
