Excel 2004: Change color of selected cell cursor or highlighting

Does anyone know if it is possible within Excel 2004 to change the default color of the active cell cursor or the selection box highlight? It is a very pale "salmon" kind of color that is hard to see (at least for me).

Amazing! I can't tell you how long I've been wanting to change the color of the selected cell so that I could see it better.
