Urgent memory query, please advise.

I've ordered 3 x 4GB of this memory HMT151R7AFP8C

It's for a 2010 mac pro 3.2ghz quad.

My question is does the memory have a thermal sensor? I am no expert but it looks to me as though it does.

I can cancel the order within the next 2 days (hence the urgency)

If it does not have a thermal sensor can I perhaps bypass the effect by using SMC fan control?
