I am trying to move contact info for a list of clients from an excel spreadsheet to address book. I am using office mad 2008 and regular address book (not Bento or anything) I can't figure out how to do it. Any help would really be appreciated? Thanks!

Thanks for that, I have managed some of it. The only question that I still have is I need to sort my contacts by the year. I put the year in the Note section. When I import there doesn't seem to be a way to separate them as they all appear in the "all contacts" folder.
