I have enough of iPad. Want to swap for iPhone 4

Hi everyone. I've just decided to get rid of the ipad. Just want to swap with someone for iphone 4 if anyone fancy .
It comes with Apple case (black one) and PS screen shield (original - cost 27 pounds).

its 16GB WiFi version.
