burning multiple sessions

I can't figure out how to burn multiple sessions. I open disk utility, insert an empty disk, drag the files I want to burn into the disk, go back to disk utility and click on the empty disk, click on burn but then, there is no option for me to "leave the disk appendable".... so, what do I do?

I think only toast can do multiple sessions.

as a new mac user, I use Mac Help a lot... and apparently, in disk utilities, you're able to do that.. I followed all the instructions but I still end up not having the option of doing multiple sessions :confused:
