You are bidding on a used Apple iPod 30GB in pristine, like new, condition. It has been treated like a baby; it was never dropped and rarely used outside of its excellent Marware Sportsuit Convertible case (worth $40). Even so, it did accumulate a fair amount of scratches, but no more than can be expected of any iPod used 5-6 months. I can assure you that a better treated used iPod cannot be found. Before I ship it off to you, I’ll do my best job to polish it with the “Ice Creme” iPod polish I bought (not included).
Here is what is included:
Apple iPod 30GB unit
AC Adaptor
iPod FireWire Connection Cable (that connects iPod to the AC Adaptor and to your computer)
iPod Dock ($40 value, also called the iPod Docking Station)
iPod Headphones/Earbuds sealed, never used (these are those super fashionable earbuds you see everyone wearing, but I got a new pair with my new iPod and am giving those to you)
iPod wired Remote (This is invaluable accessory that I think is a must-have for all iPod users $40 value)
iPod CD containing iTunes and drivers (I highly recommend you download the updated versions from apple.com as well)
Apple Case ($20 value?)
6 pin to 4 pin FireWire adapter (rare! Not included with new iPods!)
Instruction Manual

“Why buy this iPod?” you might ask. There are many reasons why I prefer this iPod over the new 4th Generation (4G):
-****** It looks a lot better. Controls are backlit, and the screen is higher quality. It’s definitely more classy and more of a luxury item.
-****** It is compatible with all current iPod accessories such as voice recorders, digital camera links, FM Transmitters such as the iTrip, car chargers, and many more.
-****** For me, it is easier to navigate because you do not have to use your thumb to click anything. All it takes is your index finger to press the buttons. Touch sensitive controls
-****** 30GB is the perfect size. The current 20GB is too small, while the 40GB is unnecessarily large.
-****** 30GB allows you extra room to store personal data and transport photos (the iPod can be used as an external FireWire hard drive as well)
-****** Contrary to what people say, the battery, at least in this iPod, seems fine to me. I rarely had it run out of charge. If you want extended battery life like the new iPods, this battery will do the trick.
I only have a 4G iPod because I got for free as a gift from my brother. The only changes are tiny user interface improvements and the click wheel, which I regard as a step backwards.
