The book Java for Mac OS X looked perfect for me, since I'm about to start doing some Java development on a new Mac and I'm ready to install whichever tools I decide to use.

The book discusses what developers need to know about Java programming for Mac OS X. Learn how to use the command line tools, how to set up Xcode and Eclipse, and how to optimize GUIs for Mac OS X. The book also covers Applets, servlets, databases, portable programming, Cocoa Java, Ant, J2EE, and J2ME. A CD-ROM is included.
Perfect, that is, other than it being in German, which I don't read.

I can find lots of information online about all of these topics, but I'd like to have a printed source of information too. Can anybody recommend a book that's similar in scope but in English?

I checked O'Reilly, but their Java/Mac book is Mac OS X for Java Geeks, which is not appropriate because it's for someone new to Mac OS X (and it also seems to be only up to date through Jaguar).
