Concerns about moving system HDD to optical bay

I assume it is physically possible to move OS HDD from its original location to the Mac Pro's second optical bay. However I have few concerns:

1. Do I need to change some settings in the system?
2. Will the system work properly after moving the system drive? Is it safe?
3. Do I need any brackets for a standard 3.5" SATA disk?
3. Will this move wave the warranty?

I will appreciate your opinions,

1. No, I dont think so.
2. It should. Yes.
3. If you want to - some might suggest to just let it sit it in the bay but since it's a mechanical drive, the vibrations could be bad.
4. Only if you somehow manage to physically damage your system while moving the drive - otherwise, no.
