Aluminum G4 Powerbooks from 1.25 GHz and up take 200 pin DDR SODIMMs. (Double Data Rate, Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Modules)
The Aluminum 12" 867 and 1.0 GHz take 200 pin PC2100 DDR SODIMMs (but PC2700 will work in them as well)
Titanium Powerbook G4's take PC133 SODIMMs (not DDR)
The URL-referenced DIMMs are 184 pin "long" DIMMs and will NOT work in any laptop Mac.
See Data Memory Systems http://www.datamem.com/AMM12.asp
Thanks

You mean the no-name PC generic RAM with a one year warranty and no guarantee of Mac compatibilty? With the old-fashioned thick TSOP memory chips (if the photo can be trusted) instead of the now-standard and more efficient MBGA chips? The one where you have to send a snail-mail request to Fry's in order to see the warranty terms on the product? That link?
No thanks. I'll gladly pay extra to a seller who knows something about Macs, for a current-design module with a lifetime warranty and guarantee it will work in my Mac.

Bought my 1 GigB generic sodimm 2700 for $159.00 at a Fry's store. the salesperson said it worked in a Mac and it was guaranted. Has been working in my 1.25 G4 15" now for 4 months with no problems. Outpost is the Fry's online store.
My last RAM purchase from a good Mac dealer didn't work. They did send a new one that did. So you never know.
good luck,
bob

Look in About This Mac under the Apple menu. What is the speed? That will help you determine which model it is.
m a y a gave you the link for Outpost yesterday for the $159 no-name RAM: http://shop4.outpost.com/product/4158153 which m a y a and others like as a great value but I don't -- but then I'm not a gambler.
I gave you Data Memory Systems http://www.datamem.com/AMM12.asp for Nanya or Samsung if you want a sure thing.
