Make inactive windows transparent

I saw a post on the internet about a program that would make all of your inactive windows transparent, keeping the active window normal.

Anybody know what this is called or where I can get it?

I use windowshadeX by which you can make any window transparent. You can check it out.

I want an app to make windows that are inactive to be transparent. The one I am using needs to automatically change to opaque when I click on it.
