I seen a lot of photos taken on the net etc which are in a Polaroid style border and they have a caption at the bottom to tell you what they are or a quirky quote etc. What is the best app to add these captions?
if you are looking for polaroid one then its on appstore called polarize and its free...and if u want something with more option to label your pictures then use photo captions and its for $1.99
