I find their protests amusing.
They claim they're not cybersquatting, but neither of the two are actually using their domains for anything. They're both placeholders for business opportunities that don't exist - one has been this way for two years already!
If you've got a domain with a popular name, and you have not used it for anything, and you're trying to sell it to someone else, then it's cybersquatting. If this isn't illegal, it should be.

What's it matter?. It's not like Australia or NZ have or are likely to get an iTunes store :mad:

Why aren't we? Surely news that Apple are trying to get control of itunes.co.nz and itunes.com.au is a significant indication that the store is planned for 2005. Australia and New Zealand combined is a fairly large market. Personally I can't wait!
