Long story short, I bought an iPad screen protector in May and it got a crack during installation. I call and send it back for a replacement and STILL haven't received it yet. Four calls to their customer service assured me it would go out the next day. My last call was the last week of August. I've always liked their products, but now I'm disgusted...
