iOS Can I combine Preferences table with Preference Bundle?

I want to make a preference table for my app's settings, then I know there is a preference bundle which can be set when not run app.

I want to know if I can combine them, I mean user can modify all settings whenever app is running.

What can I do if it is possible and useful.
