Everytime i connect my iPod the iPod says it is connected, it shows up in finder but with no iPod icon (just the white stick for a normal usb) it doesn't show up in iTunes and i have tried everything on the apple website:
also whenever i disconnect it from the mac it resets itself so i can't put music on it
