I have a 80gb ipod classic with a faulty hard drive.
Can i use the hard drive from an ipod 5th generation that i'd buy from ebay ( with a faulty backlight) in my classic?
Seems to be the cheapest way for me to fix it as a new hard drive for the classic is quite a bit more
