Can I create a RAID 0 using 2 Western Digital Blacks, the only difference is that 1 has 32mb cache (stock drive) and the other has 64mb cache. Will there be any problems that I run into, or should I just buy another 64mb drive?

Yes, you can. You could even use different brands and models. Software RAID isn't as picky as hardware RAID when it comes to minor details
