Anyone tried to view the developer documentation on Mobile Safari? On the rare occasion it can load a page without crashing, the scrolling is messed up and you can only see the topmost screens worth of the page.

Safari on iOS 4 is junk, but you would think they would test their own site with it...

Generally one isn't coding on an iOS device. I agree it's a pain, but you can scroll the right div with a two-finger swipe like any scrollable element that isn't the main page. Should it be better? Yes. But honestly, unless there's eXpressCode for iOS, there is not a compelling reason to change it.

Obviously I'm not coding on an iOS device, but it's useful to be able to browse the reference library sitting in front of the TV rather than my desk. Just seems a fairly easy change to the page layout for mobile devices.

You're talking to the wrong audience.
No one here can do anything to fix it.

There are feedback links at the bottom of every page in Apple's reference docs. It looks something like this:
( Did this document help you? | Yes | It's good, but... | Not helpful... )

Or send feedback to Apple by other means:
