iOS Turn off feature programmatically

Hi,

Is it possible to turn on/off these feature programmatically on iPad(iOS 3.2):
Location services (Settings > General > Location Services)
Push notifications (Settings > Notifications)
Fetch email or other data(Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Fetch New Data)
Push mail
Wi-Fi
Auto-Brightness
Airplane Mode
Equalizer setting
3G Settings
