CISCO VPN on MAC

You should check with the people who administer the Cisco kit. If you are successfully connecting to the vpn, maybe you are trying to reach a server that is not allowed to use this tunnel.

get the full and correct path of the drive you're after.
example 1: 'share3 on tor-here-1'
vs
example 2: \\tor-here-1\share1\share2\share3\

example 1 is how most windows 2k/xp/win7 machines would list a mapped drive with a letter M-Z usually but its NOT the full path like example 2.
Also keep in mind with my example above if for instance, lets say "share2" is actually hidden you'd need a $ symbol in the name, "share2$" to represent that in your GO field.

I have yet to connect to a Windows Server drive on my Mac - a big no no at work thus far.
some questions to ask:
Can you ping the IP of the server?
DO you have access to that server, or share you're trying to access?
Are you connected using your logon ID that has been granted?
(not an admin ID which may not be granted access)
if you have Windows in BootCamp or VM and install the same version of VPN therein, using the same path/ip can you connect that way?
Lastly, can you use the IP of the server to RDP into it?
