Jobs gets OK to tear down historic house

What is one person's abomination is another person's treasure. With all of Steve's money, he should try to work something out to save the building. It's just because that he's rich that he can get away with doing this. A poor person like me would be forced to keep and fit it up to proper standards.
 
Steve called the house an "abomination". historic or not, maybe no one wants it. My problem with this is that the cost of his legal fees for this battle, plus what he's paid in taxes during this time could very well add up to the worth of the house. In that case he could've donated it.
