Hey folks... Your .02 appreciated

For use in OS X, is there any benefit for using 1GB 4870 vs a 512MB 4870? I'm running a single 2560x1600 30" Dell LCD.

I have an Apple 512MB 4870, a HIS 512MB 4870 and a XFX 1GB 4870.

What are you doing? Gaming? Video editing?

If not, then not really any difference.

Both. I use imovie and fc express. Some starcraft but thats about it. It's not a gaming system..

If you're going to game, then the extra VRAM will help since you are using a monitor with such great resolution
