invalid memory access

Im using an Ibook and somehow switched from os 9 to OSX, now whenever i try to boot it up, the computer goes into firmware and it says there is an invalid memory access at %srr0: 01c0cab4
Anyone know how to fix it?
Im on the road and dont have the original disk with me.
