upgrade to hard drive on 12" powerbook

Is it possible to upgrade the hard drive to a 7200 rpm on a 12" powerbook 1GHz?

Thanks for the heolp anad advice.
 
In case you find any right sized hard drives that are @ 7200 rpm, yes.

I upgraded mine to 80 GB @ 5400 rpm yesterday .. (pics) (of takeapart)
