Iv'e searched everywhere and tried everything I've read, but find my iphone sees my ipad no problem but can't get it to work with my iphone 4.

It's either one of three things.
1. Location Services is OFF.
2. No cell data available to your iPhone
3. GPS can't get a lock.
Also, an extra one,
4. Your battery ran dry.

Its none of these unfortunately. Its working fine with my ipad but driving me nuts with iphone. Probably something stupidly silly but i cant find it
