Change battery?

Is it hard to put a new battery in the ip4? I have a battery from my dead ip4 that I'd like to put in my new ip4.

Why would you do that yourself and void the warranty when you can just have apple do it for you for free? 😕

Because I'm on medical leave from work from a bad foot and can't go there. So I wanted to know if I could it myself...

You can do pretty much anything yourself with the proper tools and the proper knowledge, but you will void the warranty. Does it really need to be replaced?
