Handhelditems.com experience ?

Hello,

does anybody have experience with this online shop ? (repsonse of email, bought something... etc)

As I would like to buy :

These cases seem the best there are in it's type.

But apparently there are some major issues for international buyers...

Does anybody who lives outside US been able to buy something there ?

I won't go into detail for the problems there are, for not getting in to much problems with the board.
